Wale, also known as "the ambassador of rap for the capital" crushed Baltimore's Artscape festival this past weekend. Before he came out , thousands of folks were chanting his name " Wale!, Wale!, Wale!" Baltimore definitely came out to show love, and he put on a great show, declaring it in his top 10 ever. The culture is great at Baltimore's Artscape festival.
