This embodies Hip-hop to me. The whole picture. The song, and the original video. The lyrics Erick chose to use express his feelings of people doubting his presence. The production is epic, sounding like a New-York street vibe . Hip-Hop at times been a culture that roots for the under-dog. Erick ( one-half of the classic duo EPMD)re-emerged in 2004 with a vengeance. This album which was entitled "Chilltown, New York" was a dope album all the way through.
