Meet Tim, or as commoners call him affectionately "Timbo". He's been carving fish for 30 years. Originally from Florida, this Baltimore City dweller is currently homeless. No one with this talent should be homeless. I see him everyday on my journey to work in Fells Point. If you see him throw him some change like me. Pay it forward.- Ryan L.
